Hypnotherapy and Yoga, online & onsite options:
BB Horse Care takes care of the riders mental health & physical wellbeing too.
This is not about riding or training skills, but about getting support how to ease pain, gain mobility and release stress and anxiety and manage the "inner critic" to become the best human your horse can ask for. A mentally balanced and aware human can provide the leadership a horse is looking for.
Our own energy state and body tension has a massive influence on how horses respond to us, our body language and signals. Horses communicate with each other through body language and changes in energy. That is their way of communication. We have to be aware of that.
With Hypnotherapy we can resolve anxiety, support weight loss, let go of unhelpful habits, install confidence, release self doubts and negative beliefs and more.
This all happens within a few sessions. It saves you precious time AND money because you resolve the root cause of your problem.

What is Hypnotherapy? Read here some insights about hypnosis and why it is so effective to create the change you desire:

- it is a relaxed and receptive state where you can communicate and create change with your unconscious mind
- the worst thing that can happen, is you will fall asleep and awaken feeling refreshed
- you stay in control at all times
- Hypnosis is extremely beneficial for your mental, emotional and physical health.
- In this state you can bypass your critical factor (I cant do this, I cannot change, I cant loose weight etc)
- All learning, behaviour, and change is unconscious therefore we need to work with the unconscious to enable change

By working on the root cause, you find relief and be able to re- connect in trust and harmony with your horse.

Why Yoga?
If you are able to follow your horses movements easily and in harmony, you both can perform at your best together.
If you suffer from physical restrictions or pain you tense up and inhibit your horses balance and ability to move freely. This leads to compensation, stiffness and pain in your horses body long term. You can prevent this from happening by working on your own flexibility and balance.
Yoga has many benefits.
Not just the physical effects such as improved balance, strength and flexibility but also the mental support you get when practising Yoga on a regular base.
Calming the mind, be more aware of your body, improve your sleep quality, find relief from stress, manage pain, improve your focus and concentration, support healthy body functioning and blood flow, boost your immune system and more.
Our Yoga approach is focussing on equestrian needs to connect to yourself, become aware of your own posture and movements, learn to appreciate your uniqueness and work with the body you have TODAY.
All of this is beneficial to improve your riding and horsemanship skills!

"I have worked with Britta on a few occasions over the past couple years experiencing her yoga online which was helpful for me as on older less flexible rider. Recently we worked on my goals and addressed areas in my life where scarcity or fear existed. Britta was open ,knowledgeable and a great guide.
By the 3rd session I had noticed a shift in my patterns which has now began to be reflected back in my outer reality..."

Britta’s yoga sessions are excellent. She explains the movements well and let’s you make any adjustments you may need to make them work for your own body. It gives you a greater appreciation of how we try and teach our horses to do strange things with their bodies, so while we are improving our own posture and flexibility we are also improving our empathy for our horses.

I recently attended one of Brittas mindfulness workshops, I was unsure what to expect initially but was so glad I went. Britta has the most amazing warm and inviting energy which puts you and your equine companion so at ease. The yoga was a fantastic way to start and really set the atmosphere for the whole day! So warm and open, you can see the horses just soaking up the experience as well! I found the workshop to be fantastic and really filled a gap because it wasn't about horsemanship or riding beautifully, it was just purely about feeling the connection with your horse and understanding why they are the way they are! I will certainly be back for another workshop. My advice if you are on the fence, go with an open mind and just immerse yourself in the experience!
